The cash pay rate is $250 for a therapeutic hour for a regular session and $250-275 for Accelerated Resolution Therapy.  This can be paid via CC, debit card, HSA, and FSA. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance please contact your plan administrator with questions. 

I am currently accepting the following: 

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TriWest, Tri-Care, and United. 

Please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to the start of your session to get the full allotted time. Therapeutic sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Once you arrive, please have a seat in the lobby and I will be out to get you just prior to the session time. You do not need to sign in and there is not a receptionist.

My last session slot of the day is 3pm. 

Each session lasts for a "therapeutic hour" (50mins). The frequency and duration of therapy as a whole is determined by you. During the therapeutic process this will regularly be discussed to note progress and continued areas that can be addressed. Zabrina will make suggestion, but ultimately it is up to you.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, as this respects my time as well as yours. Cancellations and reschedules outside of the 24-hour window will result in a $100 cancellation fee. No call/no shows will be charged the full cash rate of $250 for a regular session and $250-275 for ART sessions. These fees are not billable to insurance. 

I was previously a board approved supervisor for the state of Arizona but am not currently taking on supervisees.
